Shipping costs via regular post are complimentary within Australia. We send all packages via Australia Post with tracking. Regular post takes approximately 2+ days depending on where within Australia you are situated.
If you would like your item to get to you more quickly we suggest checking the Express Shipping option at check out. There is a charge for sending via Express Satchel. Australia Post quotes next day delivery if you are situated within their ‘Express Post next business day delivery network’. You can check if this includes you via their website here.
Currently Vikki Kassioras Contemporary Jewellery only ships within Australia.

If you live in Melbourne all goods can be collected from Vikki’s Melbourne studio
situated in the CBD with prior arrangement.
The works that are available for immediate shipping are clearly marked as such in the description with "this item is ready to ship". Items that are ready to ship will be mailed out within 3 working days of an order being placed and paid for.
Items that are marked "made to order" are hand made to order and will be shipped within 2-6 weeks from the time an order is accepted. If you require your order more quickly please contact us via our contact page as we are happy to work with you to try and accommodate tighter deadlines.
Price & payment of Goods
Payments can be made with Mastercard, Visa and American Express via on line payment processor Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
If you would like to pay by direct debit bank transfer please contact us to arrange.
Until payment is cleared, no orders will be dispatched, and in the event that payment does not clear, the order is cancelled.
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Prices are correct at the time of printing but we reserve the right to change the price of goods on our website without notice.
*Due to fluctuating prices of gold and gems, bespoke and made to order works will be quoted on before an order goes ahead.
**This quote is valid for 7 days.
We do not offer returns for made-to-order works. However we do offer a 3 day cooling off period from the day you place an order on a bespoke or made-to-order piece. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0420670835 if you need to cancel your order.
*Please note that once a made-to-order work is under-way, it cannot be cancelled.
We do accept returns for change of mind on ready-to-ship pieces however they must be returned between 5 working days, unworn and in the original box. Return postage via Australia post express envelope must be paid by you the customer. A re-stocking fee of $25.00 will be charged.
